Awesome plugin - Horrible Customer support!
THE GOOD
• The plugin is awesome, does what it promises, with only Small bugs here and there.
THE BAD
• The support is horrible. Very nice at first but if you ask them more questions that they feel you have to ask they get their tantrums and just ignore your messages and simply do not reply.
• I have 4 membership sites built around this plugin, I started to have problems with one of them and they just closed my access to the forum, which for someone whose livelihood depends on this is terrible. I am planning to start legal actions.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS
An excerpt from a message I got from support:

We can't keep a customer whose project requirement doesn't align with what the plugins can do.
(This message saying my requirements don-t align is false. It aligns perfectly. It is the easy way out for them not to offer support)
Otherwise you will continuously have the following type of questions which is very taxing on our support team too:
- How to do .....
- Can you show me how to .....
- Can tell me how to customize ….
This is what you need to understand:
If there are bugs in the product we will gladly fix it but we are not here to code up your solutions or tell you how you can complete your project. We sell a product not customization service.
(NOTE> THE PROBLEM I INQUIRED ABOUT WAS A BUG IN THEIR PRODUCT)))
There is a different between buying a product and buying a service.

NOTE> this was NEVER mentioned on the sales page and if they charged for support I would be happy to pay for it. Just ignoring me causes me a huge problem.
