• Software has potential IF it actually worked correctly.
• Lots of features including the ability to create flash banners with ease.

• They sell you a subscription, not software!
• You THINK you are buying a banner designer software package but in fact it disables itself after a year if you don't buy their extended service (for them to "remember" your serial number)!!
• Support takes forever and the support received is nothing but an up-sell to their latest software version.
• They will not support you unless you invest in every new version that comes out.

I paid $60 for version 4 and later found bugs in the banners created as GIF files. It was inserting blank frames in random places in the animation making the banners useless. Upon contacting support it took them a MONTH to reply back. Then they insisted that I purchase version 5 to get support. They told me my software expired (one version prior to the latest one) and that they would not support it. The "bug" I reported is software protection to keep you from continuing to use the software after a year, thus forcing you to buy the new version...and then locking you in for another year.

What could have been a good software to design banners has turned into a SCAM. If you look at their website during the checkout they have a disclaimer "No cash or credit card reversals will be given".

That is a clear sign that they obviously have quite a few people filing chargebacks because a company that supports their product is not going to put such a disclaimer on their website. I wish that I had read the software reviews prior to wasting $60 with them.

Shoppers beware! While their web advertising and marketing makes it look great, Banner Designer Pro and their support is not worth a dime.

I purchased Banner Designer Pro a few months back, as I was trying to create and optimize some banner ads in hopes of getting a better click through on some of my PPV banner campaigns. I found the software to be very easy to use, with lots of features and some quality templates. I had to contact support twice to get a questions answered but other then that have been very happy with the software and would recommend.
